  1. Develop and execute test plans and procedures for antenna systems to ensure accuracy and reliability in performance.
  2. Utilize various testing equipment and techniques to measure and analyze antenna performance.
  3. Troubleshoot and diagnose any issues that arise during testing, and propose solutions to resolve them.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate antenna systems into larger projects and platforms.
  5. Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to improve antenna performance and efficiency.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing procedures and results.
  7. Stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies in antenna testing and measurement.
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline testing procedures and increase efficiency.
  9. Communicate test results and recommendations to project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  10. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment during testing.
  11. Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians on testing procedures and equipment.
  12. Participate in project meetings and provide input on antenna design and performance.
  13. Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to procure necessary equipment and materials for testing.
  14. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve testing procedures to meet project and company goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Antenna Testing And Evaluation

  • Proficiency In Rf Testing And Measurement Equipment, Such As Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, And Oscilloscopes

  • Knowledge Of Antenna Design Principles And Antenna Performance Metrics

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Diagnose Complex Antenna Issues.
