  1. Perform high-quality aircraft painting tasks, including surface preparation, priming, and finishing.
  2. Ensure that all painting processes comply with industry standards and company procedures.
  3. Utilize various painting techniques and tools to achieve desired finishes and colors.
  4. Mix and match paint colors according to specifications and color charts.
  5. Inspect aircraft surfaces for imperfections and make necessary repairs prior to painting.
  6. Monitor and maintain inventory of painting supplies and equipment.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Aircraft Painting: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Aircraft Painting, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Maintenance Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Faa Regulations: A Thorough Understanding Of Federal Aviation Administration (Faa) Regulations And Guidelines Related To Aircraft Painting Is Essential For This Role.

  • Attention To Detail: Aircraft Painting Requires Precision And Attention To Detail. The Candidate Must Have The Ability To Follow Strict Procedures And Maintain High Quality Standards.

  • Familiarity With Painting Equipment And Materials: The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Different Types Of Paints, Primers, And Coatings Used In Aircraft Painting, As Well As Experience Working With Spray Guns, Paint Booths, And Other Painting Equipment.

  • Safety And Compliance Mindset: Aircraft Painting Involves Working With Hazardous Materials And Requires Strict Adherence To Safety Protocols. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Safety Mindset And Be Committed To Following All Safety Procedures And Regulations.
