Perform aircraft painting and finishing tasks in accordance with company standards and industry regulations.
Prepare aircraft surfaces for painting by sanding, cleaning, and masking as necessary.
Apply paint and coatings using proper techniques and equipment to achieve desired finish.
Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure paint application meets specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with paint or coatings, such as adhesion or color matching.
Make recommendations for improvements in painting processes or equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring proper storage and disposal of paint and materials.
Adhere to safety protocols and follow all company procedures and regulations.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and other departments to provide updates and report any issues.
Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on tasks.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in aircraft painting techniques.
Train and mentor junior painters as needed.

Job Qualifications
