Conduct research and analysis to support the design and development of aircraft and systems.
Develop and evaluate new concepts and technologies for aviation applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and testing to ensure project success.
Utilize advanced engineering tools and software to design and optimize aircraft components and systems.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports.
Stay updated with industry advancements and trends to bring innovative ideas to the team.
Perform testing and analysis of aircraft components and systems to ensure safety and performance.
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues during the design and development process.
Communicate technical information effectively to team members and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and standards.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers.
Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.
Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand and meet their needs and requirements.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Aeronautical Engineering Or Related Field From An Accredited University.
Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Aeronautical Engineering Or Related Field.
Experience With Design, Testing And Analysis Of Aircraft Systems And Components.
Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software, Such As Catia Or Solidworks.
Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Other Engineers And Present Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
