Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in the development and implementation of engineering projects under the supervision of experienced engineers.
Collaborate with team members to identify and troubleshoot technical issues.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements.
Conduct research and gather data to support engineering projects and initiatives.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field: The Ideal Candidate For This Internship Should Have A Strong Educational Background In Engineering, Preferably With A Degree From An Accredited University. This Will Provide Them With A Solid Foundation Of Knowledge And Skills To Succeed In A Technical Environment.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As An Engineering Intern, The Candidate Will Be Expected To Analyze Complex Technical Issues And Come Up With Effective Solutions. This Requires A High Level Of Analytical Ability And Critical Thinking Skills.
Excellent Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial In Any Engineering Role, And This Internship Is No Exception. The Candidate Should Be Able To Communicate Technical Information Clearly And Concisely, Both Verbally And In Writing.
Familiarity With Engineering Software And Tools: Northrop Grumman Utilizes A Variety Of Engineering Software And Tools In Their Product Support Processes. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Working Knowledge Of Popular Engineering Software And Be Able To Quickly Adapt To New Tools And Technologies.
