Serve as a technical leader and innovator in the Engineering and Sciences division at Northrop Grumman.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in engineering and science and apply them to projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge solutions to complex technical challenges.
Take on a leadership role in developing and executing technical strategies for projects.
Conduct research and analysis to identify future trends and opportunities in engineering and science.
Design and implement new processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Technical Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Relevant Engineering Or Scientific Role.

Demonstrated Leadership Abilities, With Experience Managing Teams And Projects.
