- Keep outdoor areas clean and well-maintained, including lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal.
- Monitor and restock cleaning and maintenance supplies as needed.
- Follow established safety protocols and guidelines while performing custodial and groundskeeping duties.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down for events and meetings.
- Ensure all areas are properly secured at the end of each workday.
- Proactively identify and address any potential safety hazards.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Basic Education Is Required For This Position To Ensure The Candidate Has Basic Math, Communication, And Organizational Skills.
Previous Custodial Or Groundskeeping Experience: Prior Experience In Custodial Or Groundskeeping Work Is Preferred To Ensure The Candidate Is Familiar With The Tasks And Responsibilities Of The Job.
Physical Stamina And Ability: This Job Requires Physical Labor, Including Lifting, Bending, And Standing For Long Periods Of Time, So The Candidate Must Be Physically Capable Of Performing These Tasks.
Knowledge Of Cleaning And Landscaping Equipment: The Candidate Should Have Experience Operating And Maintaining Cleaning And Landscaping Equipment, Such As Mowers, Trimmers, And Leaf Blowers.
