
Assistant Women's Soccer Coach

- Work closely with the head coach to develop and implement effective training programs for the women's soccer team.
- Assist in recruiting and retaining talented student-athletes for the program.
- Provide individualized coaching and instruction to players during practices and games.
- Foster a positive and competitive team culture that promotes accountability, teamwork, and personal growth.
- Monitor and support the academic progress of student-athletes, ensuring compliance with university and NCAA rules.
- Collaborate with athletic trainers to ensure the health and safety of players.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings, practices, and games.
- Analyze game footage and provide feedback to players for improvement.
- Assist with planning and organizing team travel, events, and community service initiatives.
- Serve as a role model and mentor for student-athletes, promoting integrity, sportsmanship, and leadership.
- Stay updated on current coaching techniques and strategies in order to enhance team performance.
- Maintain positive relationships with other coaches, staff, and administrators.
- Adhere to all university, conference, and NCAA rules and regulations.
- Represent the university and the women's soccer program in a professional manner at all times.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the head coach or athletic department.
Knowledge Of Ncaa Rules And Regulations.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Physical Education, Sports Management, Or Related Field.
Previous Coaching Experience At The Collegiate Level, Preferably In Women's Soccer.
Cpr And First Aid Certification.
