1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-tier students to Northern State University.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, providing information and guidance about the admissions process, campus life, and academic programs.
3. Conduct individual and group information sessions, campus tours, and other recruitment events to showcase the university's offerings and highlight its unique features.
4. Build and maintain relationships with high schools, community colleges, and other organizations to promote Northern State University and recruit potential students.
5. Review and evaluate applications, transcripts, and other materials to determine eligibility and make admissions decisions.
