Workstream Manager

Provide management support to business resources assigned to their workstream. Ensure all business resources are being properly utilized and eliminate distractions; so these resources can remain focused on assigned project tasks. Produce all business cases for system customization for their workstream. Participate in the review of all vendor SOWs for their workstream. Produce slide for monthly Steering Committee deck for their workstream. Participate in all key meetings/calls, including those with vendors, for their workstream. Participate in all CMS Project Weekly Status meetings and Steering Committee meetings. Represent workstream in Change Management meetings as needed.
