  1. Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to support the company's growth and productivity goals.
  2. Analyze workforce data and trends to identify potential gaps and make recommendations for addressing them.
  3. Conduct regular forecast analysis to anticipate future workforce needs and proactively adjust staffing levels as needed.
  4. Collaborate with HR and department managers to understand their workforce needs and develop hiring plans accordingly.
  5. Monitor and report on key workforce metrics, such as turnover rates and employee demographics, to identify areas for improvement.
  6. Utilize workforce planning software and tools to create accurate and efficient workforce plans.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in workforce planning processes.
  8. Proactively identify and address potential workforce issues, such as staffing shortages, skill gaps, and succession planning.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as staffing agencies and recruitment firms, to support workforce planning efforts.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in workforce planning to continuously improve processes and strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Workforce Planning, Preferably In The Gaming Or Entertainment Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Management.
