Job Description

Understand and use data extraction tools to perform in-depth statistical analysis of site, channel, and customer behavior data from multiple online and offline data sources (including Adobe Analytics and Oracle Service Cloud) to identify customer and channel insights. Own, evolve, and implement testing strategies to inform business decisions on site and channel roadmaps. Design and conduct A/B testing, ad hoc analysis, and dashboard development to support UX and UI designers. Define and document site tagging approach that supports smart data gathering to effectively inform site and channel roadmap improvements. Identify gaps in the current data capture strategy, create technical.
