  1. Oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing engineering team to ensure efficient and timely production of high-quality video game products.
  2. Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and improve product quality.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and meet company objectives.

  11. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  12. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to identify areas for growth and development.
  13. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the company’s overall goals and objectives.
  14. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethics at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Engineering Role, Preferably In The Gaming Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Them In A Production Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Familiarity With Nintendo's Products And Culture, With A Passion For Gaming And The Company's Brand.
