- Oversee and manage all aspects of the import and export processes for Nintendo products.
- Ensure compliance with all customs regulations and requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international partners and customs officials.
- Monitor and analyze changes in customs laws and regulations and adjust import/export processes accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient import/export operations.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all import/export activities.
- Train and mentor team members on import/export procedures and customs compliance.
