- Develop and implement a strategic plan for all live events, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Oversee the entire event production process, from initial concept to post-event evaluation.
- Manage and lead a team of event coordinators, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of brand messaging, marketing initiatives, and product launches into live events.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effectiveness.
- Identify and negotiate with vendors, partners, and sponsors to secure necessary resources and support for events.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements for events.
- Continuously evaluate and improve event processes and procedures to enhance the attendee experience and increase efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners and stakeholders to enhance the success of events.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event production and incorporate them into event strategies.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, contract negotiation, and travel arrangements.
- Oversee event marketing and promotion efforts, including social media, email marketing, and advertising.
- Monitor and analyze event metrics and feedback to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Serve as the main point of contact for event-related inquiries and concerns.
- Represent Nintendo at industry events and conferences, promoting the company and its products.
Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Live Events Production, With At Least 5 Years In A Senior Management Role.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of The Gaming Industry, Particularly In Regards To Events And Conventions.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Events And Budgets.
Excellent Leadership And Team Management Skills, With Experience In Managing A Diverse Team.
Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Partners And Stakeholders.
