Look no further – Nintendo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr Manager to join our team and lead the production of our live events. As the Sr Manager of Live Events Production, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and success of all of our live events, from large-scale conventions to intimate fan gatherings. Your creativity, attention to detail, and leadership skills will be crucial in bringing our beloved characters and games to life for our fans. If you have a proven track record of managing complex events and a deep understanding of the gaming industry, we want to hear from you!

  1. Develop and implement a strategic plan for all live events, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee the entire event production process, from initial concept to post-event evaluation.
  3. Manage and lead a team of event coordinators, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and execution.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of brand messaging, marketing initiatives, and product launches into live events.
  5. Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effectiveness.
  6. Identify and negotiate with vendors, partners, and sponsors to secure necessary resources and support for events.
  7. Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements for events.
  8. Continuously evaluate and improve event processes and procedures to enhance the attendee experience and increase efficiency.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners and stakeholders to enhance the success of events.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event production and incorporate them into event strategies.
  11. Manage event logistics, including venue selection, contract negotiation, and travel arrangements.
  12. Oversee event marketing and promotion efforts, including social media, email marketing, and advertising.
  13. Monitor and analyze event metrics and feedback to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  14. Serve as the main point of contact for event-related inquiries and concerns.
  15. Represent Nintendo at industry events and conferences, promoting the company and its products.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Live Events Production, With At Least 5 Years In A Senior Management Role.
