- Develop and implement IT security strategies and protocols for Nintendo's systems and data.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
- Monitor and analyze network traffic and security logs to detect and respond to security incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve Nintendo's security posture.
- Manage and maintain security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and encryption tools.
- Conduct security awareness training for employees to promote a strong security culture within the company.
- Investigate and resolve security breaches and incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work closely with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure the security of their systems and data.
- Provide guidance and support to other IT teams to ensure the implementation of security controls in new systems and applications.
- Maintain documentation of security processes, procedures, and incidents for compliance and audit purposes.
- Communicate security risks and issues to senior management and provide recommendations for mitigation.
- Participate in the development and testing of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Act as a subject matter expert on IT security matters and provide guidance to other members of the IT team.
- Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of Nintendo's IT security program.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In It Security, With At Least 3 Years In A Senior Or Leadership Role.
Extensive Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Regulations Related To It Security, Such As Iso 27001, Nist, And Gdpr.
Strong Technical Skills In Network And System Security, Encryption, And Vulnerability Management.
Experience With Security Incident Response And Disaster Recovery Planning, As Well As Conducting Security Audits And Risk Assessments.
