Job Description

Provides occasional administrative support for team operations by owning internal meetings, setting up calls, drafting and routing calendars and project schedules. Daily monitoring of social channels. Supports analyst and specialists with ad-hoc report preparation. Assists with YouTube video uploads for program team while maintaining relationships with any external partners. Prepares reports and presentations on social media and influencer marketing activities. May be required to present reports and presentations to senior leaders, executive management team and headquarters. Serves as a social media expert within the company, maintaining a cutting edge understanding of best practices, features, strategies, and tactics. Maintains NOA social media management standards, policies and rules of engagement.

Job Qualifications

1-3 years of public relations and/or consumer marketing experience, including social media, influencer marketing or marketing
Cross-discipline marketing experience: PR, Advertising, CRM, Retail, Social etc.
Knowledge of social media listening and reporting tools like Sprinklr, Sysomos, Radian 6, Crimson Hexagon, and Bottlenose are a plus
