Job Description

Oversees coordination of efforts among various departments by assignment of action items and communicating project progress. Collaborates with key internal and external stakeholders to manage global coordination and alignment of project deliverables, from product greenlight to marketing execution and availability. Creates and leads timely communications to stakeholders to ensure consistent high-quality plan and execution. Collaborates with external partners to amplify the Nintendo brand and consumer experience through licensed Nintendo products and experiences. Coordinates with outside production partners and vendors on production, approvals and deliverables and engages with partner contacts as appropriate. Manages asset approvals and related process in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • 6-8 years related experience in project / program management

  • Licensed merchandise business and/or video game industry knowledge preferred

  • Experience managing multiple and varied projects

  • Understanding of Japanese language helpful, but not required
