You will be part of the team that helps ensure our customers get the most out of their gaming experience.We are looking for someone with a customer service background, excellent communication skills, a passion for gaming, and the ability to think on their feet. You must also be organized, detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of the Nintendo products, gaming industry, and customer service best practices.If you have the skills and enthusiasm to help our customers get the most out of their gaming experience, we'd love to hear from you!
