  1. Develop and execute merchandising strategies that align with company goals and drive sales.
  2. Conduct market and consumer research to gain insights into current trends and consumer behavior.
  3. Create and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality and innovative products for our customers.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to ensure a cohesive brand message and product offering.
  5. Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  6. Manage inventory levels and make recommendations for product assortment and pricing.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform merchandising decisions.
  8. Collaborate with retail partners to ensure proper merchandising and placement of Nintendo products.
  9. Develop and manage budgets for merchandising initiatives.
  10. Train and educate sales teams on product knowledge and merchandising strategies.
  11. Ensure all merchandising materials and displays are of high quality and align with brand standards.
  12. Monitor and report on sales performance and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve merchandising strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  14. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of merchandising plans.
  15. Represent the Nintendo brand and values in all interactions with stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Merchandising, Preferably In The Video Game Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Retail And E-Commerce Trends And Strategies.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Data To Make Informed Decisions.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Product Categories, Including Forecasting, Inventory Management, And Promotional Planning.
