  1. Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies to protect the company and its customers from fraudulent activities.
  2. Monitor and analyze fraud trends and techniques to stay ahead of potential threats.
  3. Lead and manage a team of fraud analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as legal and finance, to investigate and resolve fraud cases.
  5. Conduct regular training and education for employees to increase awareness and understanding of fraud prevention measures.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as law enforcement agencies and industry organizations, to stay updated on fraud-related developments.
  7. Continuously review and improve fraud detection and prevention processes and procedures.
  8. Prepare and present reports on fraud activities and trends to senior management.
  9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to fraud prevention.
  10. Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies in fraud detection and prevention.

  • Strong Background In Fraud Detection And Prevention: A Manager, Fraud Operations At Nintendo Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Different Types Of Fraud And The Strategies And Technologies Used To Detect And Prevent Them.

  • Experience In Managing A Team: This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Fraud Analysts. Previous Experience In A Managerial Or Supervisory Position Is Necessary.
