  1. Coordinate and oversee the shipment and delivery of products to retailers and customers worldwide.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, including verifying product availability, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or delays.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and production to ensure proper inventory levels and timely delivery of products.
  4. Implement and maintain efficient logistics processes and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
  5. Monitor and analyze transportation and logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  6. Communicate regularly with suppliers, distributors, and shipping companies to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products.
  7. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all shipments and transactions.
  8. Manage and resolve any issues related to product quality, delivery delays, or damaged shipments.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to logistics and supply chain management.
  10. Collaborate with the customer service team to address any shipping or delivery-related inquiries or concerns from customers.
  11. Ensure compliance with all safety and legal requirements related to transportation and logistics.
  12. Train and mentor new logistics team members as needed.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to improve overall supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Continuously identify and implement ways to reduce costs and improve overall logistics performance.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the logistics team and across departments.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Logistics And Supply Chain Operations, Preferably In The Gaming Or Entertainment Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Inventory Management, Distribution, And Transportation Processes.

  • Proficiency In Logistics Software And Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle, And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Various Teams And External Partners.
