- Create and maintain event timelines and schedules, ensuring all tasks and deliverables are completed on time.
- Oversee event setup and breakdown, including coordinating with event staff and volunteers.
- Work closely with the creative team to design and execute event themes, decorations, and activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and drive attendance through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and partnerships.
- Serve as the main point of contact for event attendees, vendors, and partners, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and report on event metrics, including attendance, feedback, and ROI, to track the success of events and make recommendations for future improvements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the quality and impact of live events.
- Manage event staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling, to ensure a smooth and successful event execution.
- Adhere to budget and time constraints while maintaining high-quality standards for all events.
- Travel to event locations as needed and be available to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, to oversee event setup and execution.
Bachelor's Degree In Event Management, Marketing, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Event Production/Coordination, Preferably In The Gaming Industry
Excellent Project Management And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Events Simultaneously
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Vendors
Knowledge And Passion For Nintendo Products And Brand, With A Deep Understanding Of The Gaming Industry And Current Trends In Live Events.
