  1. Conduct thorough and accurate quality assurance testing on all in-game text and dialogue in Québécois French.
  2. Identify and report any grammatical, spelling, or cultural inaccuracies found in the game.
  3. Work closely with the localization team to ensure consistency and accuracy in translations.
  4. Provide cultural insights and suggestions for improving the overall French gaming experience.
  5. Collaborate with other language QA testers to ensure a high level of quality across all languages.
  6. Stay up-to-date on gaming industry trends and language usage in Québécois French.
  7. Meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members and provide regular updates on progress.
  9. Actively participate in testing and debugging efforts to ensure a smooth gameplay experience.
  10. Continuously provide feedback and suggestions for improvements to the localization process.
  11. Keep track of bugs and issues in a detailed manner and provide clear and concise reports.

Job Qualifications
  • Fluent In Québécois French: The Language Qa Tester Must Have Native-Level Fluency In Québécois French, Including A Strong Understanding Of Regional Dialects And Slang.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Nintendo Products: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding And Knowledge Of Nintendo's Products, Including Their Gaming Systems, Characters, And Franchises.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As A Qa Tester, The Candidate Will Need To Effectively Communicate Any Issues Or Bugs Found During Testing To The Development Team. This Requires Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills In Both French And English.

  • Attention To Detail: The Language Qa Tester Must Have A Strong Eye For Detail And Be Able To Identify And Report Any Linguistic Or Cultural Discrepancies In The Game.

  • Experience In Localization And Quality Assurance: Previous Experience In Localization And Quality Assurance Testing For Video Games Is Highly Preferred. This Includes A Strong Understanding Of The Localization Process And A Keen Eye For Identifying And Resolving Language-Related Issues.
