  1. Develop and implement visually stunning and immersive landscapes for video game environments.

  3. Utilize a strong understanding of environmental design principles to create captivating and engaging virtual worlds.
  4. Continuously research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques to enhance environmental design.
  5. Use technical skills and knowledge of game engines to optimize and troubleshoot environmental assets.
  6. Work closely with level designers to ensure gameplay and art elements are seamlessly integrated.
  7. Take and implement feedback from team members and incorporate it into environmental designs.
  8. Manage and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
  9. Actively contribute to the development and evolution of environmental art pipelines and processes.
  10. Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in all environmental art assets.
  11. Collaborate with other departments, such as concept art and sound design, to ensure a cohesive and immersive player experience.
  12. Adhere to project guidelines, style guides, and brand standards.
  13. Continuously strive to improve and enhance environmental art skills through self-directed learning and training opportunities.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members and provide regular progress updates on assigned tasks.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Environmental Design Principles, Including Composition, Lighting, And Color Theory.

  • Proficiency In 3D Modeling And Texturing Software Such As Maya, Zbrush, And Substance Painter.

  • Experience Creating Both Realistic And Stylized Environments, With A Keen Eye For Detail And Visual Storytelling.

  • Familiarity With Game Engines Such As Unity Or Unreal, And The Ability To Optimize Assets For Real-Time Rendering.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Other Artists, Designers, And Developers To Bring Environments To Life In A Game.
