Job Description

Supervises assigned Retail Representatives
Provides feedback, guidance, training and task direction
Monitors and evaluates staff performance, both in stores and via transmitted data
Communicates new procedures
Manages payroll and digital photo submissions
Participates in interview and employee selection process
Conducts field evaluations and computer audits
Prepares field reports and summaries
Conducts monthly district conference calls
Completes annual employee performance and semi-annual bonus evaluations
Completes assigned store calls
Participates in weekend events at assigned locations or with direct reports.

Job Qualifications

Two – five years of related retail and supervisory experience
Must possess complete knowledge of Retail Representative responsibility
Formal Marketing/Merchandising training preferred
