
Business Intelligence Developer
Understands the needs of the business and translate those into meaningful reporting that allows for actionable decisions. Ensures the generation of standard or custom reports summarizing operational and financial data and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders. Identifies and recommends changes to optimize the ETL environment, implement monitoring, quality and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Conducts or coordinates unit and system tests ensuring intelligence is consistent with defined needs. Designs and deploys database table structures, reports, and queries.
Ability to analyze trends in metrics and suggest Dashboard layouts (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in developing data warehousing solutions, dashboards, scorecards, and analytics
Proficient in writing T-SQL code, SSIS packages, and Stored Procedures on Microsoft SQL Server
Familiarity with Operations KPI's and contact center forecasting
Customer Service, Operations, Retail, CRM, or B2C e-commerce background a plus.
