  1. Manage all aspects of video production projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and execute them in line with brand guidelines and objectives.
  3. Ensure all video content is of the highest quality and meets the standards set by Nintendo.
  4. Oversee and supervise video production teams, including videographers, editors, and production assistants.
  5. Monitor project timelines and adjust as needed to ensure deadlines are met.
  6. Serve as the main point of contact for all communication regarding video production projects.
  7. Conduct regular meetings with team members to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any issues that may arise.
  8. Utilize bilingual skills to effectively communicate with both English and Japanese-speaking team members and stakeholders.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of video content produced.
  10. Ensure compliance with all legal and copyright regulations for all video content.
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and teamwork.
  12. Represent Nintendo in a professional and positive manner at all times, both internally and externally.
  13. Travel to various locations for on-site video shoots as needed.
  14. Assist in the hiring and training of new team members as the video production team grows.
  15. Act as a mentor and provide guidance and support to junior team members.

Job Qualifications
