Job Description

Develops and maintain production schedules, including adjusting the production schedule as required. Communicates with all stakeholders (including NCL) in English and Japanese as necessary for project schedule. Coordinates with other department heads to ensure the production schedule is being met. Identifies potential production schedule problem areas and communicates clearly to the production team with possible solutions. Works together with production leads on developing and maintaining up-to-date tracking of current development progress. Works with external groups, such as Product Testing and Localization, to synchronize their work with the production team. Supervise and develop members of the Production Management team to ensure all productions run smoothly.

Job Qualifications
  • 8 or more years of game production and coordination experience.

  • Experience with current scheduling software technologies.

  • Native level Japanese preferred
