Establish and maintain strong relationships with publishing and development partners.
Serve as the main point of contact for communication and collaboration between teams.
Coordinate and organize meetings, calls, and other communications with partners.
Monitor and report on the progress and status of projects with partners.
Act as a liaison between Nintendo and partners, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned on project goals and timelines.
Facilitate the resolution of any issues or conflicts that may arise between Nintendo and partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all necessary resources and support are provided to partners.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement and growth.
Assist in the negotiation and execution of contracts and agreements with partners.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and agreements with partners.
Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions for new game ideas and projects.
Support and contribute to the overall success of the team and company.
Represent Nintendo in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Uphold the company's values and standards in all interactions and tasks.
Continuously strive for excellence and improvement in all aspects of the role.

Job Qualifications

Experience In Account Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Account Management, Preferably In The Gaming Or Entertainment Industry. They Should Be Able To Build And Maintain Relationships With Publishers And Developers, And Have A Strong Understanding Of Their Needs And Business Objectives.
Knowledge Of The Gaming Industry: A Deep Understanding Of The Gaming Industry, Including Current Market Trends, Key Players, And Platforms, Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Identify New Opportunities For Partnerships And Stay Updated On Industry Developments.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Crucial For An Account Administrator - Publisher And Developer Relations At Nintendo. The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Internal Teams, External Partners, And Stakeholders From Diverse Backgrounds.
Strategic Thinking: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Strategic Thinking Skills And Be Able To Identify Potential Challenges And Opportunities For Growth. They Should Also Be Able To Develop And Execute Plans To Achieve Business Objectives And Drive Revenue.
