Store Operations Manager

Nine West Group is looking for a passionate and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team! We are a leading fashion retailer with a presence in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico, and we are looking for someone who is highly organized and motivated to take on the responsibility of managing the day-to-day operations of our stores. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of Nine West Group stores, including personnel, customer service, sales, and inventory.
2. Lead and motivate the store team to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
3. Monitor store performance and assess operational goals to ensure they are met.
4. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and maximize profitability.
5. Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans to address them.
6. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
7. Monitor store expenses and budgets.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with store vendors, partners, and suppliers.
9. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
10. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the retail industry.
