1. Manage and lead a team of store associates to ensure exceptional customer service
2. Monitor and evaluate store operations on a daily basis
3. Create an enjoyable shopping experience for customers
4. Monitor and review store performance and drive sales
5. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve store performance
6. Track, analyze, and report store financials and operational metrics
7. Implement operational policies and procedures in accordance with corporate standards
8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
9. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations
10. Analyze customer feedback and create action plans to improve customer satisfaction
