
Store Operations Manager
At Nine West Group, we are looking for a Store Operations Manager with outstanding organizational and leadership skills who can take our retail operations to the next level! As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving store efficiency while ensuring superior customer service, managing store staff, and overseeing inventory control. We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of retail operations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years of retail management experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field. Responsibilities:
- Lead store staff in delivering superior customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor store operations to ensure efficient workflows and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for store operations, inventory control, and customer service.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise store staff.
- Track and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage store budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Oversee purchasing, inventory management, and pricing strategies.
- Develop and implement strategies for increasing sales and customer loyalty.
- Address customer feedback and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
