Job Description

As a Store Operations Manager at Nine West Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of stores within the company. You will ensure that store operations are running smoothly and efficiently, while also ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales. We are looking for a motivated and organized individual with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the fashion industry and be able to motivate and lead store teams.To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of five years of experience leading store operations within the fashion or retail industry. You should have a strong understanding of retail operations, including sales strategies, customer service, store merchandising, and inventory management.
