
Store Operations Manager
At Nine West Group, we are seeking an ambitious and organized Store Operations Manager to join our team. The Store Operations Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of store operations and providing exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing a store’s operations, a strong customer service background, and a passion for delivering excellence. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Retail Management, 5+ years of experience in a retail store management role, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and an excellent knowledge of store operations principles and processes. This position requires an individual that is highly organized, creative, and has a strong eye for detail. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service, store performance, and operational efficiency.
- Train, motivate, and coach store staff to ensure they are meeting performance standards.
- Monitor store inventory levels and ensure product availability.
- Develop and execute promotional activities to drive sales.
- Monitor store expenses and manage budget to ensure targets are met.
- Ensure store complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Create and implement store policy and procedures.
- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
