Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service in a competitive retail environment

• Identify customer needs and provide helpful advice and support

• Utilize retail technology to process payments, track inventory, and generate reports

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product promotions and new product launches

• Assist customers in selecting items to meet their needs

• Process customer returns and exchanges

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the store

• Ensure store shelves and displays are accurately stocked and labeled

• Assist with visual merchandising and floor moves

• Manage inventory control

• Create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for customers
