- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing products.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by performing regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment in a timely and accurate manner.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all products are picked and packed correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment at all times.
- Communicate any inventory or order discrepancies to the appropriate team members.
- Assist in the unloading and loading of trucks, as well as the sorting and staging of incoming and outgoing products.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in other warehouse duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Warehouse Assistant At Nike Should Have A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education To Ensure They Have A Basic Understanding Of Warehouse Operations And Can Effectively Communicate With Team Members.
Previous Warehouse Experience: Having Experience Working In A Warehouse Environment, Preferably In The Retail Or Athletic Industry, Is Highly Desirable For A Warehouse Assistant At Nike. This Experience Will Give The Candidate A Better Understanding Of The Processes And Procedures Unique To Nike's Operations.
Physical Fitness And Stamina: The Job Of A Warehouse Assistant At Nike Will Involve Lifting, Moving, And Organizing Heavy Boxes Of Products. Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Have The Stamina To Perform These Tasks Consistently Throughout Their Shift.
