- Receive and process incoming shipments of athletic apparel and footwear.
- Verify accuracy of received items and ensure they are stored in designated locations.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure products are readily available for distribution.
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with reconciling discrepancies.
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Collaborate with other warehouse team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate any issues or concerns to warehouse management in a timely manner.
- Assist with other tasks and projects as needed.
- Uphold Nike's brand standards and values in all warehouse operations.
- Continuously seek ways to improve warehouse processes and procedures.
- Train and mentor new warehouse employees as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Experience In Warehouse Operations: Candidates Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Warehouse Setting, With Knowledge Of Receiving, Storing, And Shipping Products.
Physical Fitness And Stamina: This Role Requires Physical Labor, Such As Lifting And Moving Heavy Boxes And Standing For Long Periods Of Time. Candidates Should Be Able To Meet The Physical Demands Of The Job.
Attention To Detail: Warehouse Assistants Are Responsible For Accurately Tracking And Recording Inventory. Candidates Should Have Strong Attention To Detail To Ensure All Products Are Accounted For And In The Correct Location.
