- Receive and process incoming shipments of inventory, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations within the warehouse.
- Maintain inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or shortages to the appropriate team members.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to customer specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipping, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory counts and audits as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Communicate effectively with team members to address any issues or concerns related to warehouse operations.
- Assist with the implementation of new processes and procedures to improve warehouse efficiency.
- Continuously strive to improve and streamline warehouse operations.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and understanding of Nike’s brand and values.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A High School Diploma Or Ged Is Typically Required For A Warehouse Assistant Position At Nike.
Experience In Warehouse Operations: Previous Experience Working In A Warehouse Environment, Preferably In A Retail Or Distribution Setting, Is Preferred.
Physical Fitness And Ability To Lift Heavy Objects: The Job Of A Warehouse Assistant May Involve Heavy Lifting, So Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Physical Demands Of The Job.
