Job Description

As a TIO Senior UX/UI Innovation Engineer, you will use your strong development, engineering, and innovation skills to develop rapid end-to-end proof of concepts, prototypes, and production software and device solutions. You will partner with extraordinary internal Nike teams to demonstrate their decades of experience and knowledge to ideate, define, and deliver technology innovation solutions for use within Nike, as part of existing Nike products, and for new lines of business. Design and deliver rapid end-to-end proof of concepts, prototypes, and production software and device solutions. Develop solutions independently and together with distributed sprint teams, using modern software development and agile methodologies. Demonstrate Technology Innovation best practices and thought leadership.

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of software development and design experience

  • 2+ years of experience with design tools such as Adobe Suite or Figma

  • Experience working on technology innovation projects with high degrees of ambiguity

  • Experience and/or knowledge with modern or high-level programming languages

  • Experience and/or knowledge with modern development and build strategies such as microservices, containers, lambdas
