
Territory Facilities Manager- North America Store Development

- Develop and implement strategic plans for maintaining and improving the facilities of all Nike retail stores in North America.
- Oversee and manage a team of facility coordinators and technicians, providing leadership and guidance to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and codes related to facility maintenance and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Store Development, Operations, and Finance, to ensure that all facility projects are completed within budget and on time.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess the condition of each retail store and identify any maintenance or repair needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of facility projects.
- Manage facility budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses, to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the longevity and functionality of all store facilities.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions and best practices to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of facility management.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with store managers and other stakeholders to address any facility-related issues and provide timely resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in facility management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and excellence within the facilities team, promoting Nike's values and mission.
- Ensure that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards, providing a seamless and exceptional experience for Nike customers.
- Uphold Nike's brand image and standards by ensuring that all facilities are clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing.
- Develop and maintain reports and metrics to track facility performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Construction Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Facilities Management Or Store Development, Preferably In The Retail Industry.
Strong Project Management Skills And Experience Overseeing Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Knowledge Of Building Codes, Safety Regulations, And Environmental Standards.
