  1. Develop and execute creative and innovative storytelling strategies for Nike's retail brand in North America.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand brand objectives and translate them into compelling visual stories.
  3. Create captivating and engaging visual designs that align with Nike's brand guidelines and overall aesthetic.
  4. Utilize design software and tools to bring stories to life through various mediums such as print, digital, and in-store displays.
  5. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and consumer behavior to inform storytelling strategies.
  6. Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed.
  7. Work closely with the retail team to ensure that storytelling is integrated seamlessly into the overall brand experience for customers.
  8. Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  9. Maintain and uphold Nike's brand standards and guidelines in all storytelling efforts.
  10. Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to enhance storytelling and elevate the brand's retail experience.
  11. Stay organized and maintain a thorough understanding of project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  12. Collaborate with and provide guidance to junior design team members, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador, advocating for the Nike brand and its values in all storytelling efforts.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve storytelling methods and processes to ensure maximum impact and efficiency.
  15. Represent Nike and its storytelling efforts at industry events and conferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Brand Design And Storytelling, Preferably In The Retail Industry.

  • Proficiency In Adobe Creative Suite And Other Relevant Design Software.

  • Strong Understanding Of North American Retail Market Trends And Consumer Behavior.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Present And Pitch Creative Concepts To Stakeholders.
