  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist customers in finding the right products and sizes, and provide information about product features and benefits.
  3. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
  5. Proactively communicate with customers about promotions, sales, and upcoming product releases.
  6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and be able to answer any customer questions or concerns.
  7. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
  8. Follow company policies and procedures regarding inventory management, loss prevention, and cash handling.
  9. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the overall customer experience.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the Nike values and promoting the brand's mission.
  11. Assist with receiving and processing new merchandise shipments.
  12. Be knowledgeable about current fashion and sport industry trends.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  14. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed about company updates and new products.
  15. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the store and team.
