Job Description

As a Store Associate, you will be the face of the Nike brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating an unforgettable shopping experience for our customers.   1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Assist customers in finding products and provide knowledgeable recommendations based on their needs.
  3. Maintain a strong understanding of all Nike products, including features, benefits, and promotions.
  4. Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and visually appealing for customers.
  5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and gift card payments.
  6. Stay up-to-date on current fashion and sport trends to effectively communicate with customers.
  7. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  8. Continuously strive to improve the customer experience by actively seeking and responding to feedback.
  9. Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  10. Participate in store inventory activities and assist with restocking and merchandising products.
  11. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  12. Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards the Nike brand and its products.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador by representing the Nike values and promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.
  14. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on new products, policies, and procedures.
  15. Handle any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by store management.
