  1. Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their needs and inquiries.
  3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of Nike products, promotions, and policies.
  4. Assist customers in finding the right products and sizes, and suggest complementary items.
  5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
  6. Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  7. Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed.
  8. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and targets.
  9. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and training provided by Nike.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  11. Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management.
  12. Be a brand ambassador for Nike, representing the company's values and mission.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

  • Customer Service Experience: A Store Associate At Nike Should Have A Strong Background In Customer Service And Be Able To Provide Exceptional Service To Customers, Ensuring Their Satisfaction And Building Positive Relationships.

  • Knowledge Of Nike Products: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Nike's Product Line, Including Shoes, Apparel, And Accessories. This Will Enable Them To Assist Customers With Product Information And Recommendations.

  • Sales Skills: A Store Associate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Use Persuasive Sales Techniques To Drive Sales And Meet Targets. They Should Also Be Able To Identify And Capitalize On Upselling Opportunities.

  • Retail Experience: Previous Experience In A Retail Environment, Especially In The Sports Or Athletic Apparel Industry, Is Highly Desirable For A Store Associate At Nike. This Includes Knowledge Of Store Operations, Inventory Management, And Cash Handling.
