  8. Adhere to industry best practices and coding standards, and ensure that all code is well-documented and maintainable.
  9. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements and ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and proactively suggest improvements and enhancements to existing systems and processes.
  11. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
  12. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture that values diversity, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security and compliance guidelines, to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of Nike's systems and data.
