- Oversee the development, construction, and maintenance of Nike's facilities.
- Ensure all projects adhere to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize facility needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure projects are progressing according to plan.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular progress updates to upper management.
- Develop and track project budgets and expenses.
- Manage and track project timelines and milestones.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all facility projects.
- Continuously seek out and implement innovative solutions for facility development and maintenance.
- Mentor and manage a team of facility project managers.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure facilities align with company culture and values.
- Represent Nike in a professional manner to external stakeholders and partners.
Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Field Of Facility Management.
Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Engineering, Or Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Facility Projects, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, And Stakeholder Management.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Oversee A Team Of Project Managers And Construction Professionals.
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Facility And Construction Projects, Including Sustainability Practices.
