- Lead and manage a team of brand marketers, providing guidance and direction to ensure all initiatives are on-brand and effective.
- Stay up-to-date on consumer trends and insights to inform strategic decisions and drive innovative ideas for brand marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and digital, to ensure a unified brand message and consistent brand experience.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee the development and execution of global brand campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and drive desired results.

- Serve as a brand ambassador, representing Nike at industry events and conferences and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and manage the global brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient and effective allocation of resources.
- Stay knowledgeable about the sports and lifestyle industry landscape, competitors, and market trends to identify new opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure global brand initiatives are effectively localized for different markets.
- Continuously evaluate and improve brand marketing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Nike's brand values and ensure all marketing efforts align with and uphold these values.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to drive brand success.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Brand Marketing, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Global Marketing Campaigns For A Well-Known Consumer Brand.
Expertise In Developing And Managing Brand Strategies, Including Positioning, Messaging, And Creative Direction.
Strong Understanding Of Consumer Insights And Market Trends, With The Ability To Translate Them Into Actionable Marketing Strategies.
