  • Develop and implement leadership development programs that align with Nike's overall business strategy and objectives
  • Identify and assess the developmental needs of the executive team and design customized programs to address these needs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR and senior leadership, to ensure alignment and support for executive development initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in executive development and incorporate them into Nike's programs
  • Lead and manage a team of executive development professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities
  • Create and manage budgets for executive development programs and initiatives
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of executive development programs and make recommendations for improvements
  • Partner with external vendors and organizations to bring in new ideas and resources for executive development
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development among the executive team and throughout the organization
  • Serve as a role model and advocate for Nike's values and leadership principles
  • Represent Nike at industry events and conferences related to executive development
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to identify and attract top talent for executive positions at Nike.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Leadership Experience: A Senior Director, Executive Development At Nike Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In A Global Organization. This Experience Should Include Managing A Team, Developing And Implementing Strategic Initiatives, And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams.
