As a Senior Designer, you will play a critical role in creating innovative and high-performing apparel products for our Kobe line.   1. Develop and execute innovative and on-trend designs for the Kobe apparel line that align with Nike's brand vision and strategy.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketers to ensure designs meet functional and commercial requirements.
  3. Conduct thorough research on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform design decisions.
  4. Lead the end-to-end design process from concept development to final product, ensuring designs are delivered on time and within budget.
  5. Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
  6. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, sharing knowledge and expertise to foster a collaborative and high-performing team.
  7. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to continuously improve design quality.
  8. Actively seek out and incorporate feedback from stakeholders, customers, and athletes to enhance the design process and deliver products that exceed expectations.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and techniques to continually improve design skills and processes.
  10. Uphold and promote Nike's values and culture, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Apparel Product Design: A Senior Designer At Nike Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Designing Apparel Products, Preferably In The Athletic Or Fashion Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Design Software: Proficiency In Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite And 3D Rendering Software Is Essential For Creating And Presenting Innovative Designs.
